The event will feature as part of ‘Social Media Week London’ (SMWLDN).  This year’s SMWLDN’s theme is: ‘Open & Connected reflecting on the global impact of social media and its role as a catalyst in driving cultural, political, economic and social change’.

Hospice and Caregiving Blog: On Tweeting the End of Life

ABCNews.com interviews Scott Simon, of NPR’s “Saturday Weekend Edition,” after the death of his mother on July 29 at the age of 85. Simon spent the two weeks leading to her death sending tweets to his 1.2 million followers on the social media site, Twitter, and continued to do so in her final hours.
