Introduction: The likelihood of detecting lung lesions in aged person has increased as a result of frequent health examinations and the increased use of chest computed tomography scanning. However, there is a tendency of negative concepts of anti-cancer management by the patient and hopes for the supportive care in the family because of concerns about adverse events and possible treatment complications.
